At around 3,880 residents, the wonderful town of Wallace is the most populous town in Duplin County. Throughout the years, our town has experienced changes in its economy, a growing population, and the effects of several climate events.  Francisco sees the importance of keeping the feel of a small town and continuing to make Wallace a  safe place for all its people, businesses, and visitors.  At the same time, we must continue working to make Wallace a flourishing place to retain small businesses and attract new ones while also increasing housing opportunities and improving infrastructure.

Wallace is truly a special place to live in and visit and Francisco wants to see it succeed!
